DAIICHI SANKYO / ASTRAZENECA — ENHERTU
HEALTHCARE PROVIDER RESEARCH · ONCOLOGY
This research initiative focused on understanding the informational needs, behaviors, workflows, and decision-making patterns of oncology healthcare providers supporting ENHERTU within complex clinical environments. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, the project generated actionable insights that informed digital experience strategy, content prioritization, communication approaches, and engagement opportunities for oncology-focused healthcare professionals.
-
Oncology healthcare providers operate within highly complex, fast-paced environments where clinical information, treatment considerations, and patient management needs must be processed quickly and accurately. Traditional healthcare marketing and digital experiences often failed to align with real-world oncology workflows, making it difficult to understand how physicians and nurses evaluated information, navigated content, and prioritized treatment-related resources.
-
I helped lead a mixed-methods research approach that combined moderated and unmoderated qualitative sessions with oncology physicians and nurses, alongside quantitative survey analysis, to uncover behavioral patterns, usability challenges, informational priorities, and engagement preferences. The research framework focused on capturing both emotional and functional insights across clinical workflows while identifying opportunities to improve content clarity, navigation, trust, accessibility, and overall healthcare provider experience.
-
The project included participant recruitment strategy support, qualitative discussion planning, usability evaluation, survey analysis, insight synthesis, and strategic recommendation development for oncology-focused healthcare provider experiences. I conducted and analyzed research across multiple provider types, identifying key patterns related to information findability, treatment education, workflow efficiency, and digital engagement behaviors, helping inform more effective HCP communication strategies and user-centered experience design within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
