AI AGENT IMPLEMENTATION AND TRAINING
BRAND RESEARCH
This initiative focused on designing and implementing AI-powered research workflows using Microsoft Copilot Agents to help pharmaceutical teams better understand brand audiences, patient needs, caregiver behaviors, and healthcare professional priorities. By combining AI-driven analysis with structured research methodologies, the system accelerated insight generation, improved consistency across research outputs, and enabled teams to uncover actionable patterns across complex healthcare ecosystems.

Traditional pharmaceutical brand research is often fragmented across multiple teams, platforms, and data sources, requiring significant manual effort to synthesize insights from patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, market research, analytics, and competitive intelligence. This created delays in decision-making, inconsistent outputs, duplicated effort, and difficulty scaling insights across brands and indications.

I developed and implemented an AI Agent-based research framework using Microsoft Copilot Agents to support audience identification, behavioral analysis, insight synthesis, and strategic research workflows within pharmaceutical environments. The approach focused on aligning Brand Strategy, Engagement Strategy, UX, and Account teams around a shared operational model while establishing a scalable baseline framework that could be reused and adapted across multiple pharmaceutical brands and indications. I also trained UX teams on the creation and effective use of Copilot Agents, emphasizing transparency, governance, explainability, and adherence to MLR and regulatory requirements within AI-assisted research and workflow systems.

The project included mapping current-state research processes, identifying opportunities for AI augmentation, training Microsoft Copilot Agents to analyze audience and brand data, and designing workflows that supported insight generation across patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. I developed systems for organizing research inputs, surfacing unmet needs, synthesizing behavioral patterns, and generating stakeholder-ready outputs that could inform UX strategy, messaging, content planning, and broader brand decision-making within regulated pharmaceutical environments. In parallel, I facilitated cross-functional alignment between Brand Strategy, Engagement Strategy, UX, and Account teams to define shared workflows, reusable governance structures, and scalable implementation standards that balanced efficiency, transparency, and compliance readiness.
